Full-Stack Developer Intern (Flexible)

Among our in-house products are Emebet Jobs, a platform dedicated exclusively to connecting women with employment opportunities, and Maraki, a community and lifestyle application that focuses on connecting Ethiopian and Eritrean locals and Diasporas to their motherland communities for dating, event gatherings, and gym junkies.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a versatile and curious developer who enjoys working across the entire stack, from crafting frontend interfaces to building backend logic. You will have the flexibility to support both our dashboard and backend teams, gaining broad exposure to the full development lifecycle.

• Combination of frontend and backend skills

• Strong foundation in at least one of: React/Next.js or Node.js/NestJS

• Willingness to work across both backend and dashboard teams

• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

• Real-world full-stack development experience on live products like Emebet Jobs and Maraki

• One-on-one mentoring and code reviews from both frontend and backend senior developers

• Broad exposure to the complete software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

• Opportunity to transition into a full-time Full-Stack Developer role based on performance
